The 162-game season that is Major League Baseball has just seven days remaining in it. There is no other way to describe it than it is a marathon that everyone involved just has to find a way to grind through it. Its the same for fantasy owners who grind it out as well. Sure, fantasy owners are not traveling and living out of a suitcase for six months, but fantasy baseball is challenging and winning your league is a major accomplishment. Head-to-head formats have arrived at championship week and rotisserie league formats have GMs scrambling to grab that last .5 point or point in a category that will win them the league or finish in the money. The Dodgers can still end with the National League's best record with a strong finish, which means Ramirez will be in the lineup before the season is over. But those in weekly leagues should consider starting a shortstop with a more defined situation if you are playing for anything important in your league.
